In this update, Canvas provided visual clarity for the completion of peer reviews in discussions, and a mechanism to add captions to an uploaded media file throughout the system.
Discussions – Peer Review

When a student completes a peer review within a graded discussion, Canvas will now show the student that the peer review is completed.
Rich Content Editor – Captions for Media

You can now add captions to a media file that has been embedded in a piece of content using the Rich Content Editor.
