What’s happening to EEE Evaluations?
EEE Evaluations will be replaced with a new and improved version of the campus homegrown system. The new tool will be launched in several phases:
- Phase 1: Midterm evaluation replacement
- Phase 2: Department evaluation replacement, including official final instructor evaluations
Access by departments and instructors to results for official final evaluations will continue to be available per the archival information included in the Memorandum of Understanding for the EEE Department Evaluations tool:
Evaluation results will be available on the Web through the Department Evaluations tool for at least seven years after each academic term. After seven years, evaluation data is subject to relocation within OIT servers and results may no longer be available via the web application directly. Although an archive of results is maintained on EEE, departments are strongly encouraged to create and maintain their own secured archive of evaluation data.
OIT is currently hard at work implementing the new and improved version. If you want to talk to us about EEE Evaluations, we want to hear from you – please Contact Us.
