Dr. Elizabeth Cauffman’s Development, Disorder, and Delinquency Lab is currently accepting applications for new research assistants for the Spring 2017 Quarter. Research assistants gain experience coding and analyzing data in the lab, contacting participants, and conducting in-person interviews in the field. The Crossroads study examines the effects of justice system involvement on adolescent development, and works with first-time male adolescent offenders in Orange County. Those interested in criminology, law, and/or psychology may find it particularly fulfilling, although all majors are welcome to apply. All applications must be submitted by Friday, February 24th at 5:00pm!
Commitments include:
12 full months (including summer months)
10 hours per week
Weekly lab meetings every Monday 1-2pm
Requirements include:
Owning a car and having car insurance
Having a 3.0 GPA or above
