First portion of meeting will discuss attendees’ responses to the online survey they received, regarding their experiences being mentored within our program. Next, we will discuss the format, speakers, and attendees for the workshop/panel we will be holder per request of the Steering Committee. We will discuss ways in which we can provide a student mentor panel for SoE students to learn about what a healthy mentor-mentee relationship looks like and how to make changes when working habits and relationships could be structured better. Lastly, we will discuss mentors current progress working with their first-year mentees and offer suggestions for further improving their partnership.

Attendees will then have an opportunity to ask questions you may have about navigating through the obstacles of graduate school and beyond.
