Dan Flynn Receives 2014 Graduate Student Future in the Field Award

The UC Irvine Office of Civic & Community Engagement has awarded doctoral student Dan Flynn the 2014 Graduate Student Future in the Field Award.

The award recognizes one graduate student for exemplary leadership in integrating civic and community engagement into his or her teaching and learning activities.

Mr. Flynn is a fifth year doctoral student specializing in Educational Policy and Social Context (EPSC).

His research interests include higher education assessment and evaluation, scholarship of teaching and learning, and faculty/professional development in STEM education. He is advised by Associate Professor Thad Domina.
