Biography
Visiting Scholar Silvia Micheletta is a doctoral student at the Department of Educational Sciences and Psychology, University of Florence, Italy. Her main research interests concern pre-service teacher training and education enhanced by video. In her doctoral course she is studying the new perspectives of teacher training through visual technologies, in particular digital video, offered by the Web 2.0.
Her other main fields of interest are Evidence Based Education, educational technology, and educational methodology.
Ms. Micheletta has a Master’s Degree in Primary Education from the University of Florence. She is also qualified in special education.
