UC Press Acquisitions Manager Kate Marshall is coming to UCI to host a workshop for History PhDs interested in publishing their dissertation in a university press. Topics covered will include: how to identify a press for your project, when to approach editors, the components of a good book proposal or pitch, and how to start the dissertation revision.
