We’re excited to announce two new additions to the first floor: a new copier-scanner, and our new Multimedia Study Room.
The second copier-scanner is across from the elevator on the first floor. It works much like the one upstairs – you can send yourself a PDF via email.
The new Multimedia Study Room is downstairs by the Stacks. It can be used by a group or an individual with a technology-related need. Uses include:
- View a DVD or streaming video on the room’s 60-inch display.
- Work on a document or presentation as a group.
- Use the webcam with Skype or Google Hangouts.
- Record yourself practicing a speech or presentation.
- Connect your personal laptop to the display.
This new room is located on the first floor of the Law Library, with the same general checkout rules as other study rooms. To ensure availability, advance reservations will be accepted for this room.
