Current research: My work is on atmospheric clouds, fluid turbulence and particle-turbulence interaction. I use computational and theoretical methods in combination with satellite observations to understand the cloud physics. My research is focused on the cumulus and stratocumulus clouds from DNS end of the spectrum up to the global scales. Currently I’m involved in two DOE projects:Ultra-parameterization and ACME-ECP.
