“The team lead was James Dill, seated. They competed in Detroit that Spring, 1992. The guy on the left was an aircraft mechanic and did all the riveted aluminum for the body. It was a full team of 4. Another team of only 3 led by Justin Kleber (center) from 1993/1994 took their car to compete in a van (it was designed to come apart easily enough to transport that way). They did not spend much time on body but they met the goal of the competition which was to provide a product for the miniature amateur FSAE race market at reasonable cost. They placed amazingly well.”
