Inner Circle is the mentorship community at the Association for Women in Science at UC Irvine (AWIS@UCI).

Our goal is to cultivate an informal, open learning environment in which faculty and non-academic mentors (eg. industry) and mentees can gather in groups to discuss goals and challenges, and work towards a greater understanding of our own potentials and the world of possibilities.
