May May Lee was an undergraduate student at UCI and graduated with a degree in Economics and minored in Business Administration. She was the APSA co-chair with Thomas Hei for 1990-1991 and helped organized the ESCAPE movement. She later went on to pursue a Masters in Education at Claremont College and is currently an elementary school teacher.
