Anthony Simbol was a UCI student from 1991 to 1995 where he double majored in Political Science and Economics. He participated in the 1993 Protests and Hunger Strike for Asian American Studies through APSA. After the protests, he was on the search committee for faculty members which later resulted in the school hiring Professor Claire Jean Kim and Professor Dorothy Fujita-Rony. He now works as a Deputy Legal Analyst.
