Edgar Dormitorio was a UCI student from 1992 to 1996 and majored in Social Sciences. He served as the president for Kababayan, and he advocated for Filipino Studies and for Tagalog language classes. He later pursued higher education and received his masters in Asian American Studies at UCLA. He is currently the Assistant Vice Chancellor and Chief of Staff for Student Affairs at UCI.
