Eileen Chun-Fruto was a UCI undergraduate student from 1990-1994 and majored in Social Sciences. She was one of the main organizers for the 1993 Protests and Hunger Strike for Asian American Studies. She was the secretary of APSA from 1992-1993 and served as chair of APSA from 1993-1994. She is now an immigration lawyer.
