Michelle Ko attended at UCI from 1990 and 1994 and majored in Social Ecology. She was the co-chair of APSA along with Charles Lee in 1993 and organized the 1993 Protests and Hunger Strike for Asian American Studies. She participated in ESCAPE in 1991 as well. She was also president of Chinese Association at UCI, Cross Cultural Center Fellow, Cultural Chair for Alpha Chi Omega, SPOP Staffer, Rice Paper. After graduating, she went on to pursue higher education and non-profit. Her current occupation is being a full time parent, but she participates in volunteering.
