The Office of Information released a variety of updates to the EEE+ ecosystem of tools, including the ability to archive EEE+ Scout forms, handling of assignments that have been omitted from the final grade within EEE+ Canvas, updated links to AccessUCI grade submission, and streamlined removal of assistants from a Canvas course space.
EEE+ Scout

Form administrators can now opt to archive published forms. Archived forms will remain available within the Archived Forms section, but they will be unavailable to participants and reviewers.
EEE+ WebGrades Transfer

If an instructor has opted to omit an assignment from the calculation of the final grade, and also muted the assignment, the Transfer to WebGrades functionality can now proceed. Instructors will be presented with a warning message indicating there is an assignment in this category.

Links to submit final grades for AccessUCI students have been updated within EEE Legacy documentation, so instructors can find the appropriate submission interface.
EEE+ GrandCentral

If an instructor has provided access to only an EEE+ Canvas course space through EEE Legacy Assistants to an individual, they can now directly remove that individual’s access if/when needed.
