Deadline: Retirement of EEE Survey

The message below was sent to every survey owner, administrator, and results viewer from all-time.

Hello,

EEE Legacy Survey is currently planned to enter a read-only state at the end of Fall 2019 (that’s about one year from now), meaning that it will no longer be possible to create or publish new EEE Legacy Surveys at that time.

Under this plan, owners, administrators, and results viewers can continue accessing their past surveys until the end of Winter 2020. If you’re in this group, you should download copies of your results and transition ongoing or future surveys to next-generation systems.

There are two primary campus options for surveys going forward:

  • NEW! Qualtrics: Powerful, campus-wide survey service

    Qualtrics is a robust, highly customizable online survey tool available to all current UCI faculty, staff, and students. With the Qualtrics Research Suite, you can build and distribute surveys, analyze and report on results, and collaborate in real-time in an easy-to-navigate web-based interface.

Regardless of which replacement you choose, you should now begin to save copies of your past EEE Survey data (e.g. results) and start migrating to Qualtrics, UCI Canvas, or a combination of the two depending on your needs.
