The Counseling Center is hosting a process-oriented therapy group called, Befriending Your Body. This group is for students, of all genders and sizes, who would like to work towards a healthy relationship with their bodies. The group will be exploring feelings and thoughts, provide mutual empowerment and support, and discussing ways to cope with things like insecurity, perfectionism, and cultural pressures.
