The Graduate Division is pleased to invite applications for six internal endowed fellowships. All Ph.D. and master’s degree students (except those enrolled in self-supporting programs) who meet the specific fellowship criteria may apply. A brief summary of each fellowship is provided below. Please refer to the calls for applications and application forms for complete eligibility and application information; these are linked below and also available here.

Brython Davis Fellowship
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens, and one of the applicant’s parents must be a current member or veteran of the U.S. Navy or Marine Corps.

Gordon Hein Scholarship
- Applicants must be blind or legally blind, as certified by the Disability Services Center.

James Harvey Scholar
- Applicants must be in their final year of study, researching male or female homosexuality.

La Verne Noyes Fellowship
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens and descendants of a U.S. Army or Navy World War I veteran.
- Provides a stipend of $4,000 in Spring Quarter 2021

Miguel Velez Scholarship
- Applicants must be citizens and residents of a Latin American country, with preference given to citizens of Colombia. Students from a Latin American Country who have AB540 status are also eligible to apply.
