CHP Halloween Dance

‘Cause this is thriller, thriller night… Come to CHP’s Halloween Dance dressed in your favorite costume Friday, October 28, 7-11pm in AV 1012. Are you a great DJ?
We are looking for someone to DJ the Halloween Dance on October 28,
7-11pm. Although this job will be unpaid, it’s a great opportunity for you to build your resume AND have fun! We will be holding auditions starting THIS Thursday at 5-7pm; location TBA. Auditions will continue next week, Monday-Thursday, 5-7pm. If you are interested or have any questions, please contact Stephanie Danielson or Jonathan Delgado.

Knott’s Scary Farm

Are you ready to get your smarty pants scared off? Then prepare yourself for the Knott’s Berry Farm Halloween Haunt! There will be 13 horrific mazes and 1000 live monsters throughout the park from 7pm-2am. We will be going on Sunday, October 23, to snag the cheapest tickets we can ($41 per person). Sign up and pay at the Honors Office by Tuesday, October 18!

Attention First-Year Transfer Students

How has the transition from your community college to UCI been going so far? Come to “t-CHPers” Successful Transition Workshop and share your stories. Mark your calendar and plan to attend ONE of the following meetings (NOTE – Dates and times have changed since orientation):

Oct. 19: 6:00-8:00 p.m. OR

Oct. 24: 5:00-7:00 p.m.

These workshops are MANDATORY for first-year CHP transfer students, and will also cover course planning, meeting faculty, and campus resources. We’ll see you soon!
