Present your research at SCCUR 2017
This year’s Southern California Conference for Undergraduate Research (SCCUR) will be held at Cal Poly Pomona on Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Students in all disciplines – the creative and performing arts, engineering, humanities, natural and social sciences – are invited to present their research, scholarship, and creative work during this celebration of undergraduate discovery. SCCUR 2017 will include a full day of activities, including a graduate school fair and recognition for exemplary oral presentations.
The deadline for submission of abstracts is Thursday, October 5, 2017.
The Pre-Med Journey Workshop
Research Opportunity: Experimental Social Science Laboratory
Prof. John Duffy (duffy@uci.edu), Director of the Experimental Social Science Laboratory (ESSL) at UCI, is looking for 2-4 students to enroll in his ECON 199 independent research course starting Fall quarter. Students in the course assist in conducting behavioral experiments and help test new experimental software. They are also invited to attend the weekly ESSL lunch seminars where graduate students and professors present on current or proposed experimental economics research.
