Hello, CHC! Team DREAMS here! We are so excited to meet with you 🙂

For incoming first-year and transfer students, we are hosting Dream Big with CHC, group meetings to introduce you to all that CHC has in store for you, starting from the benefits of being in CHC to how to get involved on campus. It’s a great chance to ask your burning questions and find support from your peers. Attendance at these meetings is optional but highly encouraged. Please register for the events through CampusGroups for any time that works best for you.

For our continuing CHC students who don’t want the summer vibes to end, come join your peers for a CHC Beach Day at Huntington State Beach on Sunday September 25, 2022. We hope to CHC you there and/or around the Locus. Please stop by and introduce yourself to us. We are excited to get to know you!

The Design and Partnership Lab (daplab) at UCI School of Education is seeking highly motivated undergraduate research assistants for the 2022-2023 school year! Under the direction of Dr. June Ahn (daplab Director), the daplab partners with community stakeholders to co-create new educational technologies or social systems with a focus on improving teaching, learning, and education organizations that serve diverse learners. In essence, the daplab has a particular focus on promoting equity in education by giving voice to our partners as co-designers of tools and educational systems, designing from the wisdom and funds of knowledge of community partners, and offering our research and design capacity in service of community issues and needs.
