Cymbeline with Prof. Lupton
Shakespeare’s Cymbeline, a rarely performed play, is coming to UCI! Join us on Saturday, April 17th for a pre-performance talk by Shakespeare scholar Professor Julia Lupton, some sweet things to eat, and an evening at Cymbeline. Pre-show talk begins at 7pm in the Locus, and the show begins at 8pm in the Studio Theater. Tickets are only $5, but we have limited seating, so sign up now in the CHP office (preference will be given to CHP students).
If we run out of tickets, and you plan to attend Cymbeline another night, you are still invited to join us for Professor Lupton’s talk and dessert. Just RSVP at the CHP front desk.
2010 Senior Class Gift
Attention seniors! The class of 2010 is being asked to make the leadership gift to complete the Student Center tower with an operational bell system. This bell would not only create a campus landmark in the hub of student life, but its melodious chimes would ring out the hours and class times for generations of Anteaters to come. Additionally, the bell would mark special occasions on campus, like Commencement, Homecoming and other campus events. With the recommended gift of $20.10, you can help UCI show Anteater pride in supporting the 2010 Senior Class Gift! Start your tradition of giving today! For more information, visit the Commencement website at www.commencement.uci.edu/senior-class-gift.php.
