Looking for extra help and guidance on the Humanities Core Research paper? Look no further, CHSC will be hosting a Humanities Core Research workshop on Monday, April 30 at 5 pm in the writing center near Ayala library. Brian Fonken our very own honors seminar leader will be conducting the workshop so be sure not to miss out ! If you’re interested, please fill out this form.
As the end of the year approaches, take some time out of your busy schedule and join us at CHP Banquet to reflect on all of our accomplishments throughout this year. CHP Banquet is CHSC’s end of the year event where we celebrate and recognize not just the accomplishments of all of our graduating seniors, but also those of all continuing students. Banquet will be in Pacific Ballroom C in the Student Center on June 2nd and will be Secret Garden themed! Seniors, this is one last chance to meet the fellow CHPers that have walked with you throughout your college life since freshman year. Tickets for seniors are FREE and available in the CHP office starting April 23. General tickets are $15 each and will be available starting April 30. Don’t miss out!!

Sun’s out, buns out—join the CHP for our annual Spring Bonfire! This $1 event will be held on Sunday, May 20th from 3:00 – 7:00 PM at Huntington State Beach. Rides will be arranged, and we will be leaving from AV at 2:30 PM. We invite you to destress during this busy Spring Quarter, and to get to know your new, 2018-2019 PAAs! Sign-ups begin on Tuesday, April 24th in the CHP Office, and they will close on Wednesday, May 16th. Come out for a fun day full of good food, new friends, and great vibes!

All CHP Students participating in the 2018 UCI Undergraduate Research Symposium on May 19 are invited to include the official honors logo on their presentation materials (poster and/or PowerPoint, Prezi, etc. slides).
