Congratulations on nearly completing your degree!  We would like to take this opportunity to remind all seniors graduating in spring 2010 of the final paperwork that needs to be submitted BY JUNE 30, 2010 in order to be certified as successfully completing the Campuswide Honors Program. Even if you have already submitted a hard copy of your thesis, please review the list below to make sure all of your paperwork is in order and for information about two surveys that we need you to complete before you graduate:

Submitted to the CHP Office in a protective cover*:
1. Final Approved Thesis
2. Thesis Abstract
3. SIGNED Thesis Approval Form (available on the CHP website: http://www.honors.uci.edu/documents/handbook/researchthesishandbookapxl.pdf)
*Students are charged $1 for theses without a protective cover

Submitted online:
1. To honors@uci.edu: Electronic copy of thesis and abstract
2. Via EEE: CHP Exit Interview (https://eee.uci.edu/survey/CHPexit10)
3. Via EEE: CHP Research Survey IF YOU DON’T COMPLETE A HARD COPY (https://eee.uci.edu/survey/CHPresearch0910

We will verify which students have completed their final paperwork in July.  You will receive an e-mail in July once we have confirmed with the Registrar that you have been certified as completing CHP.

If you will NOT be able to complete the CHP research/thesis requirement please contact a CHP advisor no later than June 30, 2010 so that we may update your record with the Registrar.  If your record does not accurately reflect your CHP status, then there may be delays in certifying/granting your degree.
