Events – 2018 Spring Events

The UCI Costa Rica Program is partnering with UCI RHA
(Resident Housing Association) to bring you “A Night in Costa Rica”.

Join us for a night of Costa Rican inspired dishes, photo booths, and exploring different DIY activities during the sustainability fair!

Overview:

During Spring Break, the Costa Rica program went on a week long journey full of sustainable learning and Costa Rican cultural immersion. We want to spread our experiences and knowledge by bringing back our newfound knowledge through our Dinning Night and Symposium night. Dinning night is one part, of a two part series where we spread our cultural immersion experience and research findings. Come to our “A Night in Costa Rica” to experience the wonderful Costa Rican food that we enjoyed, learn more about sustainability, and how you can also join in our movement to conserve our Earth!

Program Details:

Inside The Anteatery: We will be serving Costa Rican inspired dishes! In addition to this, there will be a photo booth.
(Swipe or payment to Anteatery needed to get in)

Upper Mesa Lawn: There will be a sustainability themed fair with activities, ranging from smoothie blending bikes, a DIY toothpaste station, up-cycled reusable bags from t-shirts, and sustainability information booths! Want to host a booth? Email us!
