The CSB Journal Club will continue with our series of predoctoral fellow Research in Progress presentations with a talk from Krysten Jones from the Prescher Lab this Wednesday, April 13, 2016. The presentation will be in Natural Sciences II, room 1201 at noon and is open to all members of the Chemical and Structural Biology communities at UC Irvine.
A free pizza lunch will be provided to those in attendance, so come on by!

Tomorrow (April 6, 2016), we will hold on first Chemical and Structural Biology (CSB) Training Program Journal Club in Natural Sciences II, room 1201 at noon. There will be free food and this talk is open to the community, so come on by!
The presenter will be Scott Hollingsworth from the Poulos Lab who was appointed to the CSB Training Program in 2014. His talk will be entitled “Attempting to unravel the architecture and dynamics of nitric oxide synthase.” If you are interested to learn more about his research, visit the fellow page, and mark your calendars for this PhD defense on May 26th (more information will be announced as it gets closer).
As a reminder, the first meeting of the CSB journal club for the Spring term of 2016 is for CSB fellows and directors only. The Research in Progress talks will begin on April 6, 2016 in Nat Sci II room 1201 with a talk from Scott Hollingsworth from the Poulos Lab in the Department of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.
