My Sleep Routine as an Infant

  • I may not be able to  sleep through the night before 6 weeks.
  • I like to be exposed to lots of sunshine during the day, and limited light at night.
  • When I play hard, I sleep hard.
  • Before I go to sleep, keep interactions with me calm. I like it when you read bedtime stories to me.
  • I may no longer need to be fed at night, let my caregiver know if they can stop offering the bottle or breast at night.
  • My sleep schedule can be disrupted by changes in family or my development.
