EAD Welcomes Stefani Byrd

Fall 2016: EAD welcomes new media artists Stefani Byrd as an adjunct faculty member.  Stefani works in video and interactive technologies, especially public installations that bring together media and performance. Her work is playful and thoughtful, examining aspects of contemporary culture haunted by stereotypes,  miscommunication, and distorted power relationships. Her work has been supported by Creative Capital of New York, Flux Projects, the InLight Richmond Festival, and other funders.
