South Coast Air Quality Management District Replace your Ride Residents within SCAQMD boundaries Rebate & Discount Up to $9,500 Any owner or joint owner of a vehicle retired under this program may only receive one incentive amount that can be used for the purchase of a replacement vehicle or an alternative transportation option.
