Dear campus community,

The Office of Inclusive Excellence will provide a limited number of career development grants (up to $2,000 each) to support UCI faculty participation in the nationally-recognized Faculty Success Program (FSP). FSP aims to improve faculty research productivity through intense accountability, coaching, and peer support. The virtual spring session is scheduled January 22, 2023-April 15, 2023.

Applications for the spring 2023 session must be submitted online no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at: https://inclusion.uci.edu/funding-programs/fsp/. UCI ladder-rank faculty (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, LSOE and LPSOE) are eligible for the career development grants.

Interested applicants also are invited to learn about FSP from UCI faculty alumni at a Faculty Success Program Alumni Panel, scheduled 12 p.m.-1 p.m. on Friday, September 23.  RSVP to attend this informal zoom panel discussion at the FSP website or directly at: https://uciadvance.wufoo.com/forms/r1pq8kun0dw02j5/.

The current cost of the FSP tuition is $4,150 through the UCI institutional membership, and award recipients would be responsible for funding the program balance. For questions regarding the application process, please contact Dr. Marguerite Bonous-Hammarth at mbonoush@uci.edu.
