Comparison of Stanford, UC Berkeley, and UCLA in Times Higher Education Scores

In order to see what other California Universities have to aspire to to reach the top 20 worldwide, we compare Stanford (ranked 3rd), UC Berkeley (ranked 15th), and UCLA (ranked 17th).  Sorry, Cal Tech, we are just concerned with general major universities here.  Universities outside of California are just eliminated on the grounds of weather.
