The UC Irvine 3+2 Engineering Program, organized by The Samueli School of Engineering (HSSoE), The UC Irvine 3+2 Engineering Program is a two-year academic program that allows students to obtain both a B.S. degree from their home institution and a M.S./Ph.D. degree from the University of California, Irvine while experiencing both the academic and social lives of American students. Targeted towards students who are interested in applying for graduate school, Master or Ph.D. degrees at the University of California, Irvine, students will spend their first three years at their home institute before attending their fourth year at UC Irvine through the Academic Study Abroad Program (ASAP). In their fourth year, students will choose to apply for their respective M.S. degrees at UC Irvine for their fifth year.
Students will be enrolled in UC Irvine undergraduate courses that have transferable credits toward their undergraduate degree at their home university, including faculty supervised research opportunities and a 20-hour Academic and American Culture Course (AACC) that prepares students to succeed in UC Irvine courses. Participants will receive extensive, personal advising from qualified, dedicated academic counselors with English-as-a-Second Language (ESL) support and tutoring. In addition, social and recreational activities and organized trips are available to students, as well as additional services such as immigration counseling and advocacy services.
UC Irvine is located in the heart of sunny Southern California in the heart of Orange County and provides access to many famous high-tech companies and popular attractions in southern California. The campus is also a short drive from mountain resorts, the desert, sports venues, concert halls, and several world-famous theme parks and is a short drive from the Pacific Ocean. Students will enjoy various fun and exciting activities to get the most out of their Southern California experience.

The estimated tuition cost of this program is $32,000 per year.
In addition, the student is responsible for the following fees:
