I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Logic and Philosophy of Science at the University of California, Irvine. I did my MA in Philosophy at the University of Florida, and before transferring to Irvine I was a Ph.D. student at the University of California, Davis, for two years. My primary research interests are in philosophical logic, philosophy of language, epistemology, metaphysics, and philosophy of religion.

I come from the Southernmost state of Brazil, and I met my wife, Camila Aimbiré, while I lived in São Paulo to study music and then philosophy. We have a son named Frederico and two cats named Blackie and Wilson.
