Teamwork will play an increasingly more important role in the future workplace. Your team can play a vital part in helping us better understand emerging trends and dynamics.
We expect that teams of the future will need to…
…manage high complexity with digital assistants handling more routine work;
…combine diverse backgrounds and perspectives in an increasingly global workforce;
…adapt to dynamic membership and workplace conditions with the rise of the gig economy, changing cultures, and at present, the Corona pandemic.
This study gives you and your team the exciting and unique opportunity to learn more about your work performance with actionable insights on how to improve it.
In addition, your participation will help to improve the lives of people who are currently doing their best to navigate through the uncertainties of this global pandemic.
This research study has been approved by the university human subjects review board (IRB).
