Professional Development Night (Fall 2022)

We hosted our first annual Professional Development Event. This was the first time in EECS that we had an event like this (our mentors said they wished that they had this same opportunity when they were PhD students). We had a great turnout from both MS and PhD students (full attendance). We tested out a new format of rotating students between the five mentors to let everyone connect and network at a more personal level, and it was an overwhelming success. Thank you to all that attended and a special thanks to the mentors from industry that came to share their experiences and tips with current graduate students.
