New! GPS-STEM program PD Credit update: Due to large number of program members and multiple events, we will not be keeping track of PD credits after you accrue 5 Credits – Program orientation attendance, LinkedIn profile, myIDP upload and 2 career events = 5PD Credits. Please write to us and enquire if you have threshold number of credits by telling us the events you attended. We will check our database to confirm your attendance in 2 events and other requirements.

GPS-BIOMED Program PD Credits process (2015 – 2019)
To encourage participation, we assign Professional Development (PD) credits to each event or activity that we sponsor. Members receive credit by attending a variety of activities and gain access to further benefits after accumulating credit.
5 PD credits grants access to free University Extension courses and reduced admission to the Business of Science Program.
20 PD credits awards a certificate of completion that can be added to Resumes/CVs/LinkedIn Profiles to highlight professional development.
