CME

If you are interested in receiving CME credit from the conference, please see below:

1. Complete the online survey emailed to you after the conference. The evaluation form must be submitted online by Friday, March 1, 2024. A copy of the certificate will be emailed to you. The UCI School of Medicine suggests adding the address “noreply@qemailserver.com” to your contact list or safe sender list to avoid emails going to your SPAM or Junk Mail folders. If you still do not receive email from UCI SOM, please contact them at cme@hs.uci.edu.

2. Nurses – You can request transferable credit from your board using the attendance certificate emailed to you after completing the survey. The confirmation email will list the School of Medicine’s provider number.

3. Attendance:
a. In person – Your attendance will be recorded by our event registration system when you check in at registration.
b. Virtual – Your attendance will be tracked in zoom by your email or phone number, whichever you log in with.

This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™️. If you are interested in CME credits, please be sure to complete the Qualtrics evaluation emailed to you after the conference. Upon completing the evaluation your CME/attendance certificate will be automatically emailed to you. Non-physician healthcare professionals will receive an attendance certificate. You may submit that certificate to your own credentialing board to see if you can obtain transferrable CEUs from that board.
