Registration and Fees

Only online registrations with credit card payment will be accepted. Registration fee is per person and includes all sessions.

$495 Early Bird Registration – Good through December 31, 2024
$595 Regular Registration
$395 UC faculty, UC staff, UC alumni, and county, state or federal government employees

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be requested in the event registration system, using Modify Registration. Cancellation deadline is January 31, 2025. The fee, less a 15% cancellation charge, will be refunded if the cancellation request is received within this deadline. No refunds will be made for cancellation request received after this deadline, but a substitute may be admitted to the conference. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
