The Anteater Network is a digital mentorship platform for the UCI community. With more than 4,600 users, The Anteater Network has connected hundreds of students and alumni with mentors who give them career advice, refer job opportunities, and set them up for success in all kinds of industries. How it works:
- Alumni, faculty and staff mentors select the industries and help topics they have expertise in on their profile.
- Students and alumni explore the community for mentors who have the expertise they need.
- Once they have found a match, the platform coaches them as they first reach out.
