As Ambassadors, advocating to your colleagues about kindness and gratitude can create a positive environment in your department. Kindness and gratitude can do wonders in the workplace. It can help build trust and strengthen your team to facilitate compassion, creativity, innovation, engagement, and collaboration. The benefits of an engaged, kind, and positive workplace grow exponentially over time. When a team is focused on building kinder, encouraging, and positive work environments there is a windfall of good stuff happening including:
- Happier, healthier employees
- Improved resiliency when dealing with challenging times
- Increased organizational effectiveness (Including productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee retention)
This toolkit includes a variety of resources to fit the needs of your department and help incorporate gratitude in your day-to-day work. Some examples include:

Take the Be Kind Be Well Pledge – Google Form (Instructions)
