Our 2019 Staff Engagement survey closed on September 6th, and since then, the UCI and Gallup survey teams have been working diligently to prepare results and reports for your review and action. Now the truly important work begins; sharing our individual reports with our teams and developing action plans (impact plans) to improve engagement in our areas.
What is it?
Gallup Access is the online platform provided by Gallup where managers/ supervisors can view their teams results/ reports (if available) and also access Gallup’s resources geared towards employee engagement.
Who can access it?
Currently, all staff that was invited to participate in the survey can log into Gallup Access. This includes staff that are not managers/ supervisors, however, individual contributors will not be able to see results/ reports, but will have access to resources.
As an engagement ambassador, we encourage you to log in and explore the resources available to you to help you as you support engagement in your units. You can log in using your UCInetID and password. Once there, you will have access to Gallup’s library of resources.
