The Healthy Challenge Series Toolkit, provided by Health Net, provides you as Wellness Ambassadors resources to help you promote physical or emotional well-being within your department or unit.
Getting Started
Three different challenges are available for you (‘My Road to Fitness,’ ‘My Can-Do Nutrition Plan,’ and ‘My Life in Balance’) based on the needs of your co-workers. Each Healthy Challenge Series toolkit includes:
- A promotional flyer
- A sample program announcement
- Participant booklets (includes a tracking log, and completion and evaluation forms)
My Road to Fitness Toolkit
An eight-week fitness program where participants learn to make fitness a part of their weekly schedule. The goal is to exercise for 30 minutes, three times each week.

A six-week program to help participants improve their wellness through nutrition. The goal is to add five nutrition tips each week to their meal planning.
