After Becoming an Ambassador,
1. Review the Ambassador Roles and Responsibilities
2. Announce your role to your unit/department. (See Communication Tools)
3. Establish your Communication Channels in your Department/Unit so that you can start promoting Wellness/Engagement Programs and Resources to your colleagues. (See Communication Tools)
4. Assess and Plan ways you can engage your leadership and coworkers to incorporate Wellness/Engagement into your Department/Unit. (See Ambassador Tools)
5. Set a goal for yourself as an Ambassador and communicate it to your supervisors. (Be sure to enter and mark it as an engagement goal on ACHIEVE)
