Addis Ababa Bole International Airport (Airport code:ICAO: HAAB, IATA: ADD) is an international airport in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is one of the largest airports in Africa, and the main international gateway for the nation.
Terminals:
Terminal I: (currently refurbished and expanded) serve all domestic flights.
Terminal II: dedicated to rendering service for international flights
Arrival:
I. Passport Control:
- All arriving passengers will be guided to the Passport Control
- Get your e-Visa printout: https://www.evisa.gov.et/, and valid passport ready
- Passengers arriving in Ethiopia with incomplete E-visa documentation or arriving with proof of payment only will not be allowed to enter to Ethiopia.
- While waiting for passport clearance passengers can check the wide screen display which indicates at which belt passengers can claim their baggage.
II. Baggage Claim
- Be prepared to have your baggage and hand bag to pass through the Baggage X-Ray machine.
- Banks and a booth for local mobile lines are available.
- Ethiopian Airlines has a Customer Service Desk and Office right at the Baggage Claim Area on service 24hrs 7 days a week. In case of missing or damaged baggage our Customer Service Agents are on hand to assist you.
