- All foreigners traveling for the ICEMR annual workshop are REQUIRED to have a Visa to enter Ethiopia: https://www.evisa.gov.et/information.
- Apply for your e-Visa online here: https://www.evisa.gov.et/visa (Visa Fee: USD $62)
- Please apply for e-visa 30 days before your travel.
- Once Ethiopia e-visa is approved it will be sent via email.
- Please have a printed copy of the approved e-visa letter and passport while traveling. The Visa letter and passport will be verified and stamped upon arrival by an Ethiopian Immigration Authority officer.
- No invitation letter is required to apply for e-Visa to Ethiopia.
- We recommend that you submit your application at the latest in the last (5th) week of March.
Visa Exemptions: Citizens of Kenya and Djibouti with valid passports can enter Ethiopia without a visa.
Yellow Fever Information: Visitors to Ethiopia should have a valid health certificate for yellow fever.
