Our facility houses one BD FACSAria Fusion sorter with 4 lasers and up to 11 fluorescent parameters. BD FACSAria Fusion allows for 4-way bulk sorting into tubes or one-way sorting of single cells into 6/24/48/96/384-well plates. This instrument is also equipped with temperature control system allowing for cooling of sort chamber and collection device.
BD FACSAria Fusion Sorter
Combines state-of-the-art cell sorting with biosafety expertise, thereby allowing analysis of cells exposed to BSL2 virus, bacteria, etc. The integrated biosafety cabinet protects the operator as well as the sample.
