Teaching

I teach across undergraduate and graduate levels at UC Irvine, with a focus on political analysis, digital politics, and applied statistics. My courses explore how data, algorithms, and media shape political behavior and public life—from misinformation and activism on social media to causal inference and machine learning. I emphasize hands-on learning and critical thinking, blending theory with practice. Students learn how to design research, analyze real-world data (including public opinion and social media), and engage responsibly with emerging technologies.
