  1. I really like the maps and the colored you used. I know the title and the colors items in the map are related however, I would still add a legend.

  2. I like the start of your project. Visually it looks great. All of the pieces of your map are very clear and protrude nicely. I can see how when the colors overlay upon each other they will balance out really well. However, something I notice is that I don’t get a feeling for the contextual environment of the map. Maybe some landscaping detail around your map would be nice as well as some other contextual features that are specific to the Anaheim region. It would also be nice to see a legend and some text overlaid upon the map with some more interesting data regarding the features. One last suggestion I have is playing with a pre-created iOS color pallet. I am providing a link to several below. The pre-created color pallets give you freedom to use color just about any way you want without distorting the balance of the color scheme.

That’s my say. Best of luck.

P.S. I am still your biggest fan.

    1. Thank you for your feedback, Manuel! I appreciate your kind words and suggestions for improvement. Those are great ideas! I agree that some contextual information around the areas of interest and a legend with text input would be useful. I really like your suggestion regarding the iOS color palette too. I’ll definitely be taking your input to heart and utilize them in the final concept. Thanks again for your thoughtful response.
